Do You Have ANY Control In Your Life?

I often talk about us co-creating our future - of recognising our inner power and divine nature - of reawakening our innate wisdom with the skills to do this.

By the way, this is possible and people in the know are using these skills to create their ideal life.

Let's start off with The Law of Attraction (LOA) which has been popularised more recently, and seems to work more for some people than it does for others.

The LOA is a genuine Law.  It is a Law, meaning it works ALL the time!  It basically says that 'like attracts like.'  So in simple terms -  if you're happy, you attract more happy thoughts and things into your life.  Or if you are thinking there's no way you'll get the job in an interview then that's also probably likely.  But the LOA also has huge implications in terms of manifesting what you want.

Just the act of starting to think of what you want in your life will set the wheels in motion, universally speaking.  That's doesn't mean you don't have to do anything to get what you want, but by thinking of what you desire, actually starts to bring the very thing you do desire towards you.

So why don't we have everything we want?

One reason it might not be working fully in your life, or appear to be working fully lies in the little Secret - your Subconscious Mind.  Not that much of a secret I know, but if there's one thing I recommend you read or learn about, it would be your subconscious mind.

Our subconscious mind plays such an important part in our lives.  As well as ensuring vital processes take place such as breathing and our heart beating, it is a vast storehouse for all our memories, beliefs and images.  It's everything that's not in our conscious mind.  It controls up to 95% of what we do and how we react to things in life.

The way you deal with your partner when you have an argument, how you react when you meet new people, give a presentation, or how you know how to use a door handle each time you come to a door; that's your subconscious mind!

As you can see, it's quite important!  And it's also the key when it comes to co-creating your ideal life and ultimately yourself.

If you want something in your life, the universe responds by starting to bring the thing you desire towards you, but if your subconscious says 'no,' or 'that's not possible,' or 'I don't deserve that,' then the universe responds by taking that thing further away from you again.

Your subconscious mind is generally programmed when you were small.  That's right - as a child you formed most of the beliefs you have today.  Which may not be that helpful when you think you believed in the tooth fairy or Santa Claus!

The challenge is, we often don't know what our subconscious believes.  Wouldn't you like to know?

Imagine your subconscious mind believes you can earn more money but your subconscious mind thinks you don't deserve it.  This is equivalent to a 'tug-of-war' situation all happening inside of yourself.  And guess who wins?  Your subconscious mind as it has 95% of the control.

Miracles happen, when our conscious mind agrees with our subconscious mid.

By changing our subconscious mind through belief work in Theta Healing, NLP, Hypnosis and EFT, we can literally change our future.

Imagine how your life would be if you believed you could succeed, that you were successful, that you were good enough, deserved love and could lose that weight!

I have been curious about  successful people for a long time.  I have watched them or read about them and thought 'why you?'  There have been a lot of people who have been successful, and when I look at them or their product or service I think 'well that's a load of rubbish'!

One of the key things successful people seem to have is the BELIEF in themselves.  I love this quote that I have on my website:

'If you think you can or you can't, you're right.' ~ Henry Ford

Working with beliefs is exciting stuff.  Beliefs are only 100% true for you.

Do you think Richard Branson has the belief 'I don't deserve money'?  I would guess probably not!  But other people believe that about themselves.

So the good news is that your beliefs can be changed to something that's more beneficial for you.   And once a belief is changed, whatever this new belief is, will be met with evidence through the LOA.  A new belief of 'I am worthy,' will start to attract situations to you that will reinforce that you are worthy.

So what are you waiting for?
